Location: Hybrid between home and our London, Glasgow or Shipley offices. The requirement to come into the office is once a month, but you are also able to attend more frequently should you wish to as there is always a space here for you to work.

About the role
Are you passionate about inspiring people to make a lasting difference? We’re looking for a Legacy Fundraising Manager to join Macmillan Cancer Support, taking ownership of the Free Will Service and bringing new products to market. Legacy giving is vital to ensuring we can continue to do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer now and in the future. In this role you’ll use data and insight to continuously improve the Free Will Service to raise vital income, managing suppliers, customer experience, reporting, accessibility and compliance. You’ll also lead and develop the team working on the service – setting clear goals, empowering decision making and embedding the legacy strategy. You’ll collaborate across the organisation, managing budgets, forecasting and driving measurable results.
About you
The skills and experience we are looking for in the role are:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience leading or managing people, with a focus on development and wellbeing
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a range of audiences
