Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking an organised Mighty Hikes Programme Manager to support planning and delivery of the event day experience and drive participant engagement.

You will work with the Mighty Hikes team, internal and external partners, and report to the senior marketing lead.

This role offers hands-on experience across digital, content and campaign delivery while supporting recruitment, engagement and retention of participants.
