- Assessing organisational readiness, identifying risks, and recommending targeted interventions
- Developing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmaps
- Partnering with Programme Managers, business leads, and People & Culture to embed change into delivery
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions to maximise adoption and minimise resistance
- Designing and championing Macmillan’s Change Framework, embedding best practice methodologies across the organisation

You’ll be an experienced change professional with the credibility and expertise to operate at a senior level—combining strategic thinking with practical delivery. We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Deep expertise in organisational change management, with experience in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of recognised frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Agile change)
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and engagement skills, including managing resistance
- A collaborative approach, with experience working across multi‑disciplinary teams
- A track record of delivering cultural and behavioural change within transformation programmes
Who you’ll work with
You’ll work at the heart of transformation, collaborating with:
- Head of Strategy Integration
- Programme and Project Managers
- People & Culture team
- Communications and Engagement team
- Senior stakeholders across the organisation
What success looks like
In this role, you’ll:

- Strengthen internal capability in change management
- Deliver measurable improvements in adoption and benefits realisation
