The predicted salary is between 27000 - 30000 £ per year.

Contract and Hours: Fixed Term Contract (6 months). Full time: 34.5 hours. Flexible office attendance: 1 day per week from July to October, increasing to up to 5 days per week from October to December.

About the role: As an Adviser – Donations and Recognition, Supporter Care in our Peak Season you will process donations and Gift Aid forms, send Thanking communications via letter and email, and respond to supporter enquiries across our biggest fundraising products. You will work with CRM and income systems to record data accurately, helping to maximise income and supporter retention. This fast‑paced operational role balances productivity and quality targets while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

About you:

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data and income processing
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to respond clearly and empathetically to supporter enquiries
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence working with systems and technology, including CRM or databases
  • Experience delivering customer or supporter‑focused service
  • Ability to work across multiple channels, including email and social media
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet productivity and quality targets
  • A proactive and solution‑focused approach to problem solving
