What You’ll Do:
- Support on roofing projects with site setup, cleaning, lifting and preparation
- Load/unload tools, materials and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Assist in deliveries, driving between sites when needed
- Learn on the job from experienced roofers and site leads
- Follow safety standards and contribute to efficient site operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience on construction sites (preferred, but not required)
- Punctual, dependable and team-oriented
