Are you an experienced Oracle Developer looking to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We seek a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to developing and supporting financial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Development
- Deliver changes to established financial applications in line with project requirements.
- Work collaboratively within a development team, sharing ideas, performing code reviews, and assisting where required.
- Provide production support for applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Work from written specifications or JIRA stories, refining solutions in a structured environment.
- Collaborate with analysts to refine requirements, define changes, and provide technical expertise.
- Assist testers in functional testing of changes.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base within JIRA and Confluence.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, taking initiative, and managing tasks independently.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure timely and high-quality development work to maintain stable operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Oracle development.
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL programming expertise.
- Experience in Windows client and server-based applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio C# (beneficial but not essential).
- Ability to work within a team, following shared coding practices and version control procedures.
- Proactive in identifying and providing solutions in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working closely with programmers and analysts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows client use.
