Job Title: Workday R2R (Record to Report) Lead
Location: London (2-3 days a week in the office)
Duration: 6 Months, possibility of extension
Rate: competitive (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Workday R2R (Record to Report) Lead to manage and optimize Workdays Record to Report processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise in Workday Financials and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday R2R implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain R2R modules, including General Ledger, Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Analyze and optimize financial closing and reporting workflows.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Audit teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Workday Financials experience, specifically with General Ledger, Consolidation, and Reporting modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize financial processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
