Role: Network Security Engineer (NICE CXOne) Location: Central London, UK Style: Permanent, Hybrid Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Job Description: We have a fantastic permanent opportunity with a prestigious client in the financial services sector: As part of a dynamic team, working closely with other IT groups as a technical resource on assigned projects. The Engineer will play a key role in designing, planning, and implementing advanced Zoom Cloud solutions (UCaaS) and NICE CXOne Contact Centre, to ensure that day–to–day operations within the global environment run seamlessly. Ideally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of Panorama Firewall technologies, Familiarity with network design, TCP/IP protocol suite, routing protocols, and network security and an understanding of Telephony and Video protocols, including SIP and multicast. Voice and Video Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive Zoom cloud telephony and video solutions tailored to organizational needs. Implement NICE CXOne cloud Contact Centre. Set up, coordinate, troubleshoot, and launch video conferencing systems to ensure seamless communication. Analyze log files and network traces to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues in real–time. Collaborate with IT teams to plan and design voice and video infrastructure. Planning: Manage tickets and operational changes via ServiceNow. Develop comprehensive capacity plans for network and security systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Support business units in formulating technology strategies that align with organizational goals. Assess and recommend innovative technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Play an active role in shaping the Technology Road Map and participating in annual project planning initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Cisco CCIE (Collaboration). ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP) preferred. Extensive experience in large–scale telecommunications environments. Expertise in Voice and Video platforms. Experience with Zoom phone and video provisioning and UCaaS solutions. Experience with NICE CXOne Contact Centre. Familiarity with ServiceNow. Experience with Cisco UCS hardware and VMware (preferred). Knowledge of Cisco Expressway, UCM, UCCX, and UC (preferred). Experience with Certificates, SSO, Ping, Proofpoint (preferred). Experience in Trade Desk Turret and voice recording systems (preferred).
