MacLean International Group Limited, part of the global DNOW group, is expanding its operations into Wales and is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pembroke.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accurately process customer orders and quotations using internal systems.
  • Ensure all documentation (PO’s, delivery notes, invoices) is complete and compliant.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Handle complaints and queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm stock levels, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Source alternative products when required, ensuring continuity of supply.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions.
  • Support the external sales team with account updates and documentation.
  • Work closely with the external BDM Sales Team and other internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Requirements.
