MacLean International are looking for an organised, customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Altens, Aberdeen. Sitting at the heart of our sales operations, this role is key to ensuring smooth order processing, strong customer relationships and seamless coordination across teams. What You'll Be Doing:
- Accurately process customer orders and quotations using internal systems.
- Managing all sales documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Monitoring order progress and proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries - providing product info, pricing, and availability.
- Building strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Sourcing alternative products when required, ensuring continuity of supply.
