Key Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain machinery in accordance with diagrams, blueprints, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications
- Perform basic to complex routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment
- Diagnose and repair breakdown in machinery
- Handle complex mechanical issues and refer more complex problems to higher-level staff
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed
- Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
