Role Summary

A Key Account Executive will play a crucial role in managing and growing key client relationships.

You’ll craft tailored strategies, provide exceptional service to existing accounts, and establish new business opportunities.

In this role, you will ensure that client needs are met while contributing to the company’s long-term growth objectives by fielding customer inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze information from clients and partners to develop targeted strategies that meet client needs.
  • Implement and oversee action plans designed to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations based on both internal and external factors.
  • Maintain communication with clients at all stages of the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Complete all necessary documentation fully and accurately, adhering to 5S and organizational policies.
  • Field client questions and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
  • Service existing accounts while actively establishing new business relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations, submit orders, and provide results reports to senior management.
  • Provide sales forecasts and related reports for use in strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and related departments to promote Mac Lean-Fogg’s products and services.
  • Oversee lead generation and/or qualification processes, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Language proficiency: English, Korean, Japanese
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in account management or sales
  • Hyundai / Kia, Toyota experience preferred
