I’m working on a confidential opportunity with a new hospitality concept in Manchester, and I’m looking for someone with a strong fine-dining background who wants to be involved in something from an early stage.
This isn’t just about running a restaurant day to day. The right person will have the opportunity to help shape the operation, build the team and set the standards from the outset.
I’m particularly interested in speaking with people who have:
- Strong fine-dining / 1-2 rosette experience
- Previous Restaurant Management or senior FOH experience
- A genuine focus on service and guest experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- A hands-on approach rather than purely operational management
5-day week
£30k+ depending on experience, with flexibility for the right person
