Registered Staff Nurse – Full‑time (Day or Night Shift)
Location: Milesian Manor Care Home, Magherafelt
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent care in compliance with company, NMC, RQIA, and HSCT requirements.
- Create a safe, supportive environment that enhances residents’ quality of life.
- Develop tailored care plans and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Make clinical decisions using professional judgment.
- Administer medicines and maintain accurate resident records.
- Provide professional support to care staff.
- Manage and prioritise workload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
- Commit to promoting and safeguarding the well‑being of residents.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with current, active NMC registration.
- Experience in a nursing or care home environment.
- Knowledge of PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and the Patient Charter.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (RQIA, HSCT, health and safety).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work set hours and be flexible to meet organisational needs.
- Good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit.
- Good general medical health (medically fit).
- Previous management experience (lead and manage a care team).
- Must be willing to register with NISCC and complete an Enhanced Access NI Check.
- Right to work in the UK.
