At Macklin Care Homes, you'll join an award-winning team where your contributions are valued, with opportunities for career development and a friendly, rewarding work environment. If you are a compassionate person who cares with heart, we would love to hear from you.

Our residents are at the heart of our homes; we are inspired not only by their stories and experiences of years gone by but also by knowing we are making a real difference in their lives.

Milesian Manor Care Home (Magherafelt) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. The Clinical Lead will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of nursing care within the Home. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Lead will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and compassionate care.

The role will provide an important link between the nursing and care teams and the Nurse Manager, supporting the effective delivery of care and promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement.
