About the Role
Full‑time Registered Staff Nurse (day or night shift) in a nursing home environment.
As a valued member of the nursing team, you will provide excellent care, ensuring compliance with NMC, RQIA and HSCT standards.
You will create safe and supportive environments, develop care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, make clinical decisions, administer medicine, maintain records and support care staff.

Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active NMC registration
- Previous experience in a nursing or care home environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (RQIA, HSCT, Health and safety guidelines)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload efficiently
- Compassionate, empathetic, patient‑centred approach
- Strong commitment to safety and well‑being of residents
- Flexibility to work set hours and meet organisational needs
- Good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit
- Good general medical health (medically fit)
- Willingness to register with NISCC
- Successful completion of an Enhanced Access NI Check
Desirable Criteria
- Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing or care home environment
- Management skills for leading a care team
- Experience with nursing of the elderly in a nursing home setting
- Demonstrated skills to effectively lead and manage a team
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
