About the Role
- Essential responsibilities include delivering excellent care to residents, creating care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, administering medications, maintaining resident records, and supporting care staff.
Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.
- Knowledge of PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning and The Patients Charter.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements including RQIA, HSCT and health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload while maintaining high standards of care.
- Compassionate, empathetic, patient‑centred approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding resident well‑being.
- Flexibility to work set hours and respond to organisational needs.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Valid UK work permit and in good general medical health.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a similar nursing home or care home setting.
- Management and team leadership skills.
