Registered Staff Nurse (Nights)
About the Role
Essential responsibilities include delivering excellent care to residents, creating care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, administering medications, maintaining resident records, and supporting care staff.
Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.
- Knowledge of PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning and The Patients Charter.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements including RQIA, HSCT and health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload while maintaining high standards of care.
- Compassionate, empathetic, patient‑centred approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding resident well‑being.
- Flexibility to work set hours and respond to organisational needs.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Valid UK work permit and in good general medical health.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a similar nursing home or care home setting.
- Management and team leadership skills.
