Job Purpose
To assist with the contract administration on a major infrastructure project based in Hampshire. The role will cover a broad spectrum of contract related matters including programme, change and risk management, dispute avoidance and procurement.
Responsibilities
Assist with:

Legal agreements relating to Licenses & Consents, Surety’s and Bonds

Insurances & Warranties
-
proposed agreements and documents to ensure they reflect agreements reached
-
Management of the change process (Compensation Events) ensuring deadlines are met
-
Drafting correspondence
-
Management of contractual matters with supply chain partners as and when required
-
Liaison with clients’ and statutory providers’ legal representatives and engaging with our own legal counsel when necessary
-
Review the contract and draft advice notes setting out the contract requirements and make proposals for responses and compliance
Responsible for:

Arranging and attending meetings and negotiations, taking notes, issuing minutes and actions

Administration of the contract communications system

Producing reports and supporting information as directed.
