Implement, oversee, and optimize Building Information Modeling processes throughout the design, construction, and handover phases of Havant Thicket Reservoir project.
- Manage conformance to ISO 19650 and Information Security Policies for the project.
- Manage and support the project document controllers, ensuring the CDE is maintained and managed in line with requirements.
- Ensure Information Security requirements are met with regard to personnel security clearance and data classification.
- Maintain the Information Execution Plan, oversee its implementation and ensure nesting within wider project control activities and reporting.
- Manage the project MIDP and ensure consultant TIDPs meet project requirements.
- Ensure that there is a consistent approach to modelling across the contract.
- Manage model federation from multiple disciplines.
- Run clash detection and coordination processes.
- Perform regular model health checks and audits.
- Support project reviews and senior level meetings to manage performance and delivery.
- Provide support to members of the project in BIM, document management, document control and Information Security.
- Work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure best practice and innovation is adopted within the project.
- Identify and implement new software and developments within existing systems that can benefit the business.
- Extend & promote the use of the system to suppliers, clients & sub-contractors, through training & demonstration.
- Keep up to date with advancements in digital technology and new software.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in civil engineering or digital construction, with prior experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Manager or Digital Design Lead.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture & Design, Engineering or Construction & Built Environment.
- ISO 19650 (Parts 1–5) Certification (Desirable).
- Experience of large complex construction projects would be advantageous.
