As a Contract Manager your role will include but not limited to the following:
- Ensuring the management of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the company procedures.
- Ensure forecasts are reflective of the current scope of work and the agreed programme to deliver this.
- Produce monthly reports which highlight areas of risk and opportunity and changes in the period – in liaison with the Senior QS (Quantity Surveyor), Site QS and Project/Site Manager.
- Ensure that where change occurs the quotation for the change/additional works is fully reviewed and captures all reasonably foreseeable activities and risks.
- That the impact of the change is shown on the contract programme.
- Manage traditional, design & build or target cost contracts from initial tender/target agreement through to final.
