Mackles food company is a progressive innovative food company based in the Moy Dungannon. Our key offerings are the supply of baby and adult snacks on a worldwide scale.

As a result of continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a full-time maintenance manager. The candidate will be responsible for a maintenance team, keeping all onsite equipment running in line with service schedules and PPMs.

  • Rapid response to production breakdowns
  • Advise parts requirements for production breakdowns
  • Delivering on maintenance projects such as equipment installation and building, fabrication upgrades
  • Problem and fault finding being proactive on the effective running of the factory and smooth running of all equipment

The Person

  • Must be favourable of a hands-on practical approach to the job
  • Organised
  • Experience in lean techniques and projects
  • Previous experience of managing people
  • Experienced in both electrical and mechanical factory situations
  • Knowledge of PLCs
  • Must be flexible in working hours

Desirable criteria

  • 18th edition electrical qualifications
  • Food factory experience
