Mackle Petfoods is seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in Moygashel.
Working on a fast-paced production and packaging line, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are manufactured and packaged to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
This role reports to the Shift Manager/ Production Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities Depending on your specific role within the department, responsibilities may include: Monitoring and operating packaging machinery to ensure consistent product quality.
Helping the production line achieve performance and output targets.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within your work area.
Recording product and process information accurately.
Reporting equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors or management.
Reporting any non-conformances immediately.
Following all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Adhering to Health and Safety requirements at all times.
Working collaboratively as part of a team.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and reducing inefficiencies.
