Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews

- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
- Support HR team in organizing and conducting employee training programs
- Prepare HR reports and analyse data for HR metrics
