Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution.
- Support HR team in organizing and conducting employee training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse data for HR metrics.
