The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

This role is part time and you can choose either: 9-1 every day or 3 days a week 9-4 (Mon, Wed, Fri).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch product samples to customers for review and testing.
  • Organise, log, and track samples sent for laboratory analysis.
  • Assist with non-conformance reporting, including logging issues and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and organise retention samples of finished products and raw materials as required.
  • Carry out shelf-life analysis in line with company procedures.
  • Support the Quality Administrator with daily tasks, including:
  • Checking quality and production paperwork for accuracy.
  • Requesting Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from suppliers.
  • Matching and verifying pre-advice documentation.
  • Assisting Quality Manager/Supervisor where required.
