Duties:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution.
  • Support HR team in organizing and conducting employee training programs.
