Mackinnons Solicitors LLP are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor on a full time, permanent basis to join our well-established and expanding team based in Cults, Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, estate planning, Powers of Attorney and executry administration.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Drafting legal documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with at least 2 years’ PQE in private client work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently, whilst also working well as part of a small team.
  • Proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Full driving licence (required for home visits and branch office cover when required).
