A global provider of bag packaging and end-of-line automation solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the UK market.
This role will take ownership of a portfolio spanning automated bag filling systems, palletising, conveying, stretch hooding, bag closing technologies, and industrial sealing solutions. The position combines strategic CapEx solution selling with management of an established transactional product and aftermarket business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing strategic accounts, and selling engineered automation solutions into industrial manufacturing environments.
- Develop and manage a long-term pipeline of CapEx automation projects
- Sell complete end-of-line and bag packaging solutions
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle
- Work closely with engineering, service, and inside sales teams
Proven experience within packaging machinery, automation, or capital equipment sales.
Comfortable managing both project-based and transactional sales activity.
