The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on sales professional with a strong background in industrial consumables, spare parts, or technical solutions for the food manufacturing or packaging industries. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and collaborates closely with engineering, customer service, product development, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional value and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, agents, and end users to expand market share within the territory.
  • Focus sales efforts on opportunities within the Food Processing industry, particularly protein production and related applications.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to build and execute regional sales plans and forecasts that align with strategic growth objectives.
  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with inside sales and marketing teams to identify new leads, research prospects, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Prepare persuasive, value-driven proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of company solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, opportunity tracking, and key account mapping in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in technical, industrial, or consumable product sales—preferably within food processing, packaging, or related industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in consultative and strategic sales, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and build enduring relationships with decision-makers at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
