We are now looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Nottingham.
Salary: Salary DOE + Commission (1st year OTE £45k+ 2nd Year OTE £65k+ 3rd year OTE £100k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + Several company benefits (See below).

The Role: What you\’ll be doing:
- Working as a 360 recruitment Consultant it will be a mixture of Business Development (Sales) and Candidate Recruitment – You will be in charge of your own desk: Finding Candidates ,Interviewing Candidates, Taking Job briefs, generating leads and pitching to new clients, and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
- Build key relationships within the industry with Candidates and Clients
Requirements: What we are looking for
- Experience in Customer facing roles, Hospitality, Sales or Recruitment
- Highly motivated, Entrepreneurial people who are financially driven
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
- You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
- You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
- A Graduate with at least a 2:1 degree in any discipline
