Calling all Graduates! We are looking for an Entry Level Business Development Executive to join our Nottingham City Centre office! Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Chemical, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology and Industrial Manufacturing.

We are looking for ambitious, driven, and tenacious Graduates to join our growing team in Nottingham. With significant investment planned across the business, we are keen to speak to people who are either wanting to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced sales recruitment business.

As a Business Development Executive, it will be your responsibility to attract and retain new clients for the business as well as build the presence of the team on LinkedIn by sharing market relevant content and partnering with consultants.

  • Identify new markets, trends, partnerships, and innovative ways to reach existing customers to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead outreach efforts to potential clients through targeted email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and networking.
