The Role: What you’ll be doing

  • Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
  • Implement a well‑rounded approach to business development through candidate and company‑led methodologies.

Requirements: What we are looking for

  • 1+ years’ experience in sales or recruitment.
