The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, it will be your responsibility to attract and retain new clients for the business as well as build the presence of the team on LinkedIn by sharing market relevant content and partnering with consultants.
- Identify new markets, trends, partnerships, and innovative ways to reach existing customers to uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead outreach efforts to potential clients through targeted email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and networking.
- Book and qualify introductory meetings for prospective clients, ensuring relevant inquiries are directed to the appropriate consultant.
- Assist consultants with ongoing hiring needs by sourcing candidates, conducting pre-qualifying interviews, and providing research support.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions, while also networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
Requirements:
- A solid interest in working in Sales, B2B, or Business Development, with a proven track record of high achievement.
- Excellent verbal and listening skills, able to convey ideas clearly and confidently interact with individuals at all levels.
- Possess a positive and determined mindset, thriving in target-driven environments while maintaining professionalism.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, providing excellent client service and performing well under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a commitment to promoting company values as a collaborative team player.
