The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Internal Talent Partner with excellent communication skills, to support the continued growth of our Leeds and Nottingham offices and play a pivotal part in the development of our Employer Brand.
Passionate about being an ‘employer of choice’ within the Recruitment space in Leeds, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on an already successful business, and use your personality and creativity to drive brand engagement and build authentic relationships within the industry.
Full training will be provided for this position, so whether you are a fresh graduate, an experienced sales/recruitment executive looking for a new challenge, or a current talent professional looking for a change of direction; we are keen to speak to you!
This position has a learning and development plan from the offset, and offers the opportunity to build and diversify your skillset whilst building a long-term career.
As Internal Talent Partner you will need to be proactive, adaptable, and driven to work in a sales based environment to achieve targets.
