Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Chemical, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology and Industrial Manufacturing. We are looking for ambitious, driven, and tenacious students to join our growing team in Leeds. As a Business Development Executive, it will be your responsibility to attract and retain new clients for the business as well as build the presence of the team on LinkedIn by sharing market relevant content and partnering with consultants.

  • Identify new markets, trends, partnerships, and innovative ways to reach existing customers to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead outreach efforts to potential clients through targeted email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and networking.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions, while also networking to identify and attract potential candidates.

A solid interest in working in Sales, B2B, or Business Development, with a proven track record of high achievement. Strong relationship-building abilities and a commitment to promoting company values as a collaborative team player.
