- Drive sustainable year-on-year revenue growth through strategic account development and new business acquisition
- Develop and strengthen distributor partnerships while identifying channel gaps and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, product management, legal, and marketing teams across EMEA and the US
- Conduct customer meetings via phone, email, MS Teams, conferences, and on-site visits
- Deliver strategic market analysis and identify emerging applications, customer segments, and growth areas
- Represent technical capabilities and communicate complex scientific solutions effectively to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back into the business
Degree or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or similar
- ~5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within life sciences or diagnostics
- ~ Strong network within diagnostic manufacturers, molecular diagnostics, or pharma R&D environments
- ~ Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and commercial projects
- ~ Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ~ Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
- ~ Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK&I and Nordics region
- ~ Additional European languages would be beneficial
