Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology, Chemical, Consumer Goods and Industrial Manufacturing.

The Role: What you'll be doing

Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions. Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand. Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.

Requirements: What we are looking for

  • Experience working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales or a Customer facing role
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
  • You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
  • Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
