Graduate Recruitment Consultant – 2026 Start Date
Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Chemical, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology and Industrial Manufacturing.
With significant investment planned across the business, we are looking for ambitious, driven, and tenacious individuals to join our growing team in Manchester.

The Role: What you\’ll be doing:
- Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
- Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.
