The Role: What you\βll be doing:
- Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
- Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.
