We are now looking for 2x Graduates to join us as Recruitment Consultants in our Sustainable Futures Leeds Division in January 2026!
Salary: Salary + Commission (1st year OTE £45k+ 2nd Year OTE £65k+ 3rd year OTE £100k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + Several company benefits.

Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Chemical, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology and Industrial Manufacturing. Established in 2012, we’ve transformed from a small Leeds-based team to a well-established corporation with offices in Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham.
The Role: What you will be doing:
Working as a 360 recruitment consultant, it will be a mixture of business development (sales) and candidate recruitment. You will be in charge of your own desk: finding candidates, interviewing candidates, taking job briefs, generating leads and pitching to new clients, and fulfilling their recruitment needs. Build key relationships within the industry with candidates and clients.
Requirements: What we are looking for:
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial people who are financially driven
- Experience working in customer service, hospitality, sales and customer-facing roles
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
- You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
- You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
- A graduate with at least a 2:2 degree in any discipline
