Mackinnon Bruce International is seeking an experienced professional to join the Fragrance Innovation team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will manage existing upstream innovation projects across a multi-category portfolio, reporting to the Head of Air Care and collaborating with global and local regulatory, safety and sustainability colleagues.
The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with R&D, Marketing, Sensory and Design to ensure rapid rollout and uphold safety standards.
