Location: Remote The Role You will play a crucial role by visiting customers daily to ensure their installations function smoothly. These issues could involve electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems, and you’ll also be responsible for resolving any customer complaints. Your responsibilities will include delivering, installing, and maintaining machines at customer locations, ensuring they are ready for use. You will also perform regular preventive maintenance to keep the equipment in top condition. This hands-on work will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and minimising downtime. In addition to the technical tasks, you will communicate clearly with customers regarding the installation and performance of their machines.
