We are looking for ambitious, driven, and tenacious individuals to join us as Executive Search Consultants in our growing team in Leeds. With significant investment planned across the business, we are keen to speak to people who are experienced recruitment professionals looking to take a step up and establish themselves as an industry expert.
The Role: What you\’ll be doing:
- Identify opportunities across the globe, building out a complete 360 desk: generating leads and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
- Build key relationships within the industry and become an expert in your market, enhancing your personal brand across our various platforms.
- Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.
Requirements: What we are looking for:
- Highly motivated, Entrepreneurial people who are financially driven.
- 1 year minimum 360 recruitment experience.
- Experience working in a sales environment/recruitment role.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people.
- Self-driven and motivated to work autonomously.
- You enjoy working in a results-orientated environment.
- You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
