The Role: What you'll be doing:
- Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
- Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.
Requirements: What we are looking for:
- Experience working in Customer Service, Sales or a Customer facing role.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously.
