This dynamic organisation is at the forefront of developing next-generation nonwoven materials and applications across a variety of sectors, including technical textiles, packaging, medical, and industrial.
This key leadership role will see the successful candidate contribute to a robust innovation strategy, manage a talented team of experts, and champion the development of cutting-edge solutions for a growing, global market.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a high-performing innovation team, managing cross-functional projects and overseeing R&D initiatives from concept to market.
- Product Development: Spearhead the creation of new products, collaborating with technologists and chemists to bring innovative solutions to life across multiple sectors.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies and research to identify new applications and integrate them into the company's growth strategy.

- At least 10 years of experience in R&D or product development, ideally within the nonwoven fabrics, technical textiles, or a similar advanced manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of leading innovation projects from inception to commercialisation, with strong technical and strategic insight.
