With significant investment planned across the business, we are looking for experienced, driven, and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Leeds office.

The Role: What you'll be doing:
- Build and lead a full 360 desk – identifying new business opportunities, pitching and winning clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
- Establish yourself as a market expert by building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop your personal brand through content creation, networking, and presence across our platforms.
- Implement a strategic approach to business development, using both candidate-led and client-led techniques.
Requirements: What we are looking for
- 1+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow key accounts.
- Highly motivated and financially driven with a desire to progress quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and lead your own success.
- A passion for working in a high-performance environment with clear progression opportunities.
