The Role: What you'll be doing:

  • Build and lead a full 360 desk – identifying new business opportunities, pitching and winning clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
  • Establish yourself as a market expert by building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop your personal brand through content creation, networking, and presence across our platforms.
  • Implement a strategic approach to business development, using both candidate-led and client-led techniques.

Requirements: What we are looking for

  • 1+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow key accounts.
  • Highly motivated and financially driven with a desire to progress quickly.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and lead your own success.
  • A passion for working in a high-performance environment with clear progression opportunities.
