The Role: What you'll be doing:

  • Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
  • Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.

Requirements: What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar industry.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously.
