Our client is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) to cultivate, manage, and sustain relationships with key developer partners within the gaming industry. This SPM will assume a pivotal role within the EMEA Gaming Partnerships team, providing support to a spectrum of strategic partners across essential platforms. The SPM will assist gaming partners in optimizing their presence on client and maximizing the value derived from our various platforms.

This position entails direct engagement with game developers, as well as collaboration with internal stakeholders to champion the developers' interests internally. The team is at the forefront of pioneering the next generation of immersive social experiences on mobile.

Your mission: To empower partners to successfully discover, adopt, and flourish on client's gaming platforms. This role necessitates a combination of strategic relationship management and proactive partner engagement, requiring direct collaboration with developers while advocating for their needs internally.

Responsibilities

  • Think creatively with prominent companies in the gaming industry to build durable, long-term, and scaled partnerships by understanding their strategy and goals.
  • Represent client's Gaming and provide thought leadership and perspectives in external meetings with partner executives.
  • Drive adoption and integration of new features from clients Gaming platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance.
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships at scale.
  • Use analysis and gaming industry expertise to source and develop new partner opportunities.
  • Manage and consult existing partners on building up their success on FB platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in business development or account management.
  • BS/BA in a highly quantitative field, such as Economics, Business commerce, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to define, initiate and drive business opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Good understanding of the internet industry.
  • Advanced skill in MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep domain knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • Ability to handle day to day operational work to also structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships with game companies.
  • Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus.
